Please read the policy, conditions and process carefully as they will give you important information and guidelines about your rights and obligations as our customer, concerning any purchase you make through us unless specifically stated otherwise on our product pages or readers offer advertisements. We make every effort to service the order/s placed with us as per the specifications and timelines mentioned against each product. If due to any reason, unavoidable circumstances or beyond the limitations of the merchants the order is not shipped by the seller then the order shall be cancelled and refunded. In the event the order/product is delivered and has been cancelled for refund due to product fault, delivery of wrong product, etc the refund is processed.
1. Returns, Refunds and Cancellation
In case a User is not satisfied with the quality of the product then he shall have to return the product to the manufacturer, however the return shall be considered valid only if:
a) The Product shipped is wrong;
b) The quality of the Product is different from that mentioned on the Website; and
c) When the quantity of the goods delivered is not the same as stated earlier.
2. Non Replacement Category or Products/Items which will not be replaced:
a) If the product/item is/are send back to us prior any permission granted or instructions given to you by our team.
b) If the price tag is removed or cut which is attached to the product/item, removal or loss of price tag will not be considered for replacements.
c) If the product/item which is/are worn, washed, used, altered or modified shall not be replaced in any condition whatsoever.
3. Semi-stitched, un-stitched and free size apparels once altered or stitched by you will not be replaced.
4. Products/items (not apparels) can only be replaced on availability of the size and if the product/item is not worn, washed, used, altered or modified.
5. We regret to inform you that if the original packaging, price tag and the original product any one from this is lost, you do not qualify for any replacement/exchange of product/item.
6. Helpful and prior steps to be used on returns:
a) If you have any problem or doubt related to the product/item it is recommended to mail first on firstname.lastname@example.org.
b) Report your problem within 24hours of receiving the product/item in question and not after usage of the product/item.
c) After reporting your problem or consulting, our team will verify your problem and get back to you.
d) Our team will intimate to you if it is required to send back the product/item. Do not send back the product/item to us until and unless you are instructed to do so.
e) No credits or replacement shall be given if the product/item is/are send back to us prior any permission or instructions given to you by our team.
f) Always report any or all problems associated with a single order/package delivery at the same time.
g) It is suggested to be as specific as possible when describing the problem as all returns will be examined by our team as related to your complain. And after examining/identifying if it falls in to the category of non-replacement then we regret to replace the product/item.
h) If a return confirmation is received to you from our team; please dispatch the product/item within 7 working days with original packaging & in original condition with the copy of the invoice you received.
i) On receiving confirmation for return from our side always return your product/item using registered airmail/courier as advised in our return authorization mail.
j) After receiving our return authorization mail safe delivery to us is your responsibility. We will not be able to help you in case if the package doesn’t get delivered to us.
7. We suggest and recommend you to inform/share forward details to us and keep the airway bill or postal receipt till the said product/item gets delivered to us.
8. Complains regarding sizing:
a) For apparels we specifically mention as semi-stitched or un-stitched so that our members/guests do not face sizing problems and dissatisfaction from our end.
b) For other products/items we try to be as specific as possible about sizes to avoid returns.
c) If size of the product/item is wrongly selected by you or wrongly delivered to you it will be replaced on availability of the size required and by following steps as mention in paragraph no. 3 as given above.
d) We suggest you to inquire with us for specific size and measurements before ordering to minimize returns.
e) Semi-stitched & un-stitched apparels once altered or stitched by you or at your end will not be replaced under any circumstances.
f) Free size products/items (not apparels) can only be replaced on availability of the size and also if the product/item is not worn, washed, used, altered or modified.
g) Shipping cost will be beard by you in case a free shipping is available you will be notified by our team.
9. Product/Item availability Failure:
In case you have paid for a product/item which is unavailable to deliver you may select any other option of your choice of same amount or you may be given an alternate option and if alternate option is not according to your desire then the amount will be fully refunded to you for non-delivered of goods and services within 5 working days and mode of refund will be same through which the original payment was made to us.
10. Once the product is returned the price paid for the same shall be refunded. The process for the same shall be refunded once the Product has been received by the Manufacturer and the same has been verified by the seller. Once the manufacturer is satisfied the refund shall be done, the amount shall be transferred via online transfer. The process of transferring the amount to shall be initiated within 5-7 working days after accepting the refund request. The transfer may take upto 7-10 working days plus time taken by the bank for transferring the amount.
